How Long Do I Have to Redeem my Cisco Learning Credits?
Cisco Learning Credits expire 365 calendar days from the invoice date. The expiration requirement was instituted to encourage timely use of the Learning Credits. For questions, visit Certification & Communities Online Support. Expiration occurs at 12:01 a.m. on the expiration date.
How do you redeem Cisco Learning Credits?
- Customers with CLCs can redeem them for Cisco authorized training directly from the Cisco site, or by reaching out to their Learning BDM, or by emailing learning-bdm@cisco.com.
