The training was great! I took the ECMS 1 virtually, ECMS 2 in person at Current Technologies Computer Learning Center. Highly recommended! I also took the 500-220 exam there. I have ~5 years of career Meraki experience so the I used the ECMS2 class mostly as review and exam preparation, although it would be beneficial to anyone looking to learn more about Meraki. What I really appreciated about CTCLC was their approach to learning with hands on physical labs. They also offer a 5 day full Meraki bootcamp that goes more in depth than either the ECMS 1 or 2 (based on some of the preview slides and information I gathered while there). I cannot specifically vouch for that one as I did not take it myself, but I would definitely recommend it to others based on the experience I had. “During late 2015, I attended 3 Unified Contact Center Training classes which were given by Current Technologies Computer Learning Center. My instructor for all 3 training sessions was Alan Gardner. My training classes included UCCE Part 2 (AUCEE2), CVP Implementation and Deployment, and CUIC Deployment. Alan’s has a wealth of knowledge on current UCCE Releases as well as retired releases, his knowledge includes real-world experiences which provided valuable insight to further my education. The labs created by CTCLC were challenging, fully functional, and spot on with client’s current implementations. CTCLC’s labs provided each student their own pod that allows students to go at their own pace and without impacting other students productivity. Alan’s method he uses to teach covered a broad spectrum, he was able to keep the client motivated, on schedule, including our attention span. Alan’s ability to shift from troubleshooting to training, to mentoring, and even customer interfacing provided the students key indicators as to what is needed to become a valued asset to any Customer who needs Cisco Contact Enterprise training. To expand upon previous comments regarding Alan and CTCLC the training guides are well written and easy to follow, enhanced labs, real-world and current version experience, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, extensive knowledge of Microsoft products made all the difference in my training. I used a different provider for UCCE Part 1 (AUCCE1) and I can say without a doubt there is a significant advantage in working with Alan and CTCLC. Their labs work, Alan is able to identify and resolve real world issues, his ability to maintain class control while keeping your attention. Without CTCLC and Alan I do not believe I would have been able to pass both Cisco Exams, (600-455, 600-460).CTCLC and Alan are both assets which I can depend upon and will definitely use in the future for any Cisco or Microsoft training.”

“Before knowing of Current Technologies CLC, I had taken a couple of SDWAN courses from other training providers. Although the course taught the necessary fundamentals of SDWAN, it only scratched the surface. The SDWAN training offered by CTCLC provided more knowledge needed to understand this technology. It has covered more material, concept and real-world training, than any other vendor. Alan Gardner is very knowledgeable and expert in Cisco Viptela/SDWAN. Training materials are well written and touched on topics I wish I knew prior to my migration. He keeps students engaged, answers all questions, and ensures all important topics and concepts are reinforced.
